Use legacy SCP mode for the key-restricted Runner publisher and correct the documented Komodo Runner publish path. The deployment key is forced to accept only the two expected temporary uploads and atomic renames; normal SSH commands are denied.\n\nValidation: YAML parsed successfully; both published URLs return HTTP 200 with Content-Type text/css.
